I've already posted this guy in my hq miniatures painting section but I'll try to keep the rest separate if I can.

Custom Orc shaman.
I always hated the wizard pack shaman he looked like santa clause.
Not much of a custom just standard orc with bits parts out of warhammer beast man box ,standard hq skull added to staff the rest hobbled together with greenstuff.

Custom gargoyle
This gargoyle came to me with no wings and busted head.
So with a couple ogre cleavers and green stuff he is back in action.
Still requires painting but he is close to done.

Orc Shaman looks way less like Santa if you don't paint him red!
Brown and yellow suit him well.

Nice save on the Gargoyle.

Edit: Just now realized you had two threads going. Is there any reason for this?
Why not just post all your miniatures in one thread? Keep your stuff collected in one place.

Hmm....I don't know, I just thought custom monsters go in the monsters thread?
I could keep them all together I guess but I wasn't planning on putting the gargoyle or a few others I was working on in the painted miniatures thread.

As for the orc paint job I went with the box cover art off wizards expansion,I didn't like the originals hat or baby rattle......lol
