The Dark Elf is well balanced. I applaud the weapon restrictions, as they make her stay in character and demand a certain player mindset.
She has the maximum of 3 AD and 5 DD (chainmail+shield+helmet) as opposed to the regular Elf's 4 and 6 (in theory, and, again, under vanilla rules),
but to compensate, 2 spells work well, I think.

Orthographical hints:
Dark Elf card:
...are the Dark Elf... - This is of course a matter of personal taste.
...prohibited from donning plate mail and wielding the battle axe (and hand axe)* as well as being incapable of resurrection.
* I don't know if you have both types of axes in mind - including the brackets may be too much for the card's space.

Sorceress card:
...woman whose power...

Aside from that, I like both characters, the cards, the art, and especially the minis. Well done!

The Sorceress has differnt Spells than that of the wizard they are listed on the character card on the home page, for novelty sake i will write them for you, also the gramar is not my original work that is Von Necrons.
heal- restore two bp
lightning- like wizards of Zargon hero and monster alike 3 combat dice roll defence
globe of warding- active as long as monsters are present on the map plus 1 defence
True view- Zargon must reveal contents of any room including traps excludes secret doors.
