So as I said in my other topic I made some the spells off of here as well. The pictures on them were taken from various expansions from the actual HeroQuest game. I wanted to keep the artwork in the same style as the original.

And finally I have a special spell to share with you. This spell cannot be found at that link no matter how hard you try. The reason why is because I made this spell myself.

Our DM made it so that you have the number of turns to get to the body = the fallen hero's level.

If you can get to his body in time, you pour heal potion down their gullet and PRESTO they come back alive!

This is assuming their life points are at ZERO and not at -1; anything lower than 0 kills them!
A hero collapsing due to overattack can drink a potion and bring their life points back...I had 4 life, got hit with 6 dmg, and drank immediately a full health restore - came back with 4 life.
Luckily, I wasn't attacked immediately after - because for us you can only use ONE health potion per turn to restore your life that way!

That's a pretty neat idea.

I think it might already follow that rule in the Isometric computer version of HQ - though it seems to me that you drink a potion the moment you reach zero, whether or not there is more damage...

I've always ruled that no matter how much extra damage a monster does you can drink a potion to bring you back to life.

Impressive, thats what I love about this site. Members really show some serious talent. Love the character cards too, and these spells are worth using thats for sure. Keep up the awesome work.
