by the way, have you made physical cards for HQ before, Chaotic?

I assume cardstock would work okay, filling the info side of the card completely with that tan color to account for any double-sided offset, and maybe one of those craft store edge rounders to get that nice curve on the corners?

Cards are the best. I think cards are way more fun (and faster) than referencing a sheet or book of rules.

Does your technique differ much from the tutorial linked? For instance, do you glue two sides together, or do one double-sided print?

I buy card-stock that's somewhere around #110, and print on two-sides. Without cutting them from the sheet, I spray them with three coats of matte sealant. When that's done, I use a brayer and roll on poly-vinyl acetate ("mod podge").

My cards are 30% smaller than official ones.
