Custom EU cards [chaos spells]

Did some more tweaking. We have played RotWL, and the EU versions of the chaos spells combined with the EU monster stats were just getting WAY too easy now all 4 heroes are pretty much maxxed out in armour and weapons.

So here are some tweaked cards for those wanting more of a challenge (or EU people playing the US monster stats):
