Aww.....I love them all! Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn...Bella, Edward, Jacob, Emmett, Rosalie, Esme, Carlisle, Alice....How could you not absolutely LOVE it???
Never seen, nor read any of the Twilight Saga. Therefore, I cannot pass judgment. A few people I know enjoy them though. Although, being lady-types, I expect the saga appeals more to women than men.
they burn into you and find the core essence of your soul and warp and twist it into oblivion, turning you into a mangled zombified shell of the person that you once were. VAMPIRES DON'T SPARKLE IN THE SUN, THEY BURN OR AT LEAST GET A VERY BAD CASE OF SUN BURN. READ DRACULA OR THE ALCHEMIST SERIES THEY WILL PUT ON THE RIGHT TRACK. That writer disgraced the vampire and werewolf names for ever and ever. And i am not being mean, i just issuing a point here. A very angry point.

I'm handin out Treasure cards and Chaos Spells, and I'm all out of Treasure cards!
I didn't know everyone had to stick to a set of rules when writing about vampires and werewolves. I thought authors were allowed come up with their own ideas, or change things to fit their own stories and worlds.

drathe this is true to an extent. But when you completely change the ideas behind the creature it really isn't that creature anymore. For example let's say I wrote a story about a dragon, but this dragon had the body of a human with scales on it and the face of a dog. It didn't breathe fire instead it coughed up giant rocks at you. Not only would this be a terrible idea it would NOT be a dragon in any shape or form. Now, I have actually read the first Twilight book. After reading it not only did I feel like the vampire's were not vampire's, but that Stephenie Meyer is also probably one of the worst writers of this generation. Her vocabulary is very very childish and her overall description is bad. I mean the woman goes into details that are totally not needed I could care less about a persons breath (yes, she does go into this). She also said that her "vampire's" aren't really undead (another reason why I don't call them vampire's) she said something along the lines that her things (I shall now refer to her "vampire's" as things lol) are frozen in time which is why they glitter. This is just another thing that proves they are not vampire's, but rather things. In all honesty this entire Twilight craze is just a complete and total fad. Give it a few more years, and once the movies are over with and no more books are being re-leased the kiddo's and everyone else who like it will go onto something new. I did all this research when I was dating someone who would not shut up about it (plus my sister and mom became enamored with it as well). I can now fully pass judgment on it, and it stinks plain and simple. Oh and for those of you who don't like the series here's a video you will enjoy. It will explain to you why it's so popular.
