Fantasy Monopoly - who's interested?

Okay, I should be done with my fantasy monopoly-style game in a week or two,
at most. Basically, it is a mix of a property-owning board game and a deck-building
card game similar to the Munckin card game. (Or, if you know Magic the Gathering,
but it is NOT collectible - everyone has access to the same cards, for the most part).
Idea of game play:
You use your cards to create a characters with a combat level. You roll dice and
move around the board. You use your combat level and the roll of a six-sided die
to fight against monsters with a combat level. You win - you get their property.
You can then fight other players' character parties. Whoever owns the most -
or all - of the property when you stop playing wins.
It is a print-and-play game. You get a PDF and print off whatever you need
and go straight to playing. There is NO art, but the design is solid and I
am sure the game will be fun. (you can even cast spells against other
character parties and take their properties, along with some of their
characters).
So - who would be interested in being a guinea pig for me? I'll send you the PDF
and you tell me what you think.
