What do your characters do when they aren't questing?Mine take vacations.

The wizards pose is now forever ruined. Not in a stance to cast a mighty spell but merely having a boogie.

Wow--your Heroes sure lead active lives between Quests. Mine are layabouts that sleep in all day in their one-box apartment.

My fighter lays about, eats, and drinks. My elf visits family. My wizard studies and creates.
My dwarf repairs equipment and makes new weapons and jewelry.
(If there was a thief, he/she would be stealing things, of course)
(If there was a Priest/Cleric, he/she would be praying, reading, and healing)
