Ye Olde Inn

Hi all,
I'm going to get my game book ready for publishing soon. I don't quite have everything where I want it yet,
but I need to go ahead and get this going and take care of some administrative issues as we go along.

My company, Fantasy Game Strategies, will be publishing role playing games, fiction (short stories, poetry,
full novels, etc.), as well as other sorts of games (board-game type games, possibly...card games...etc.). I
hope that, once I get things up and running, I can garner some interest from others to write for me. I think I
may have had one or two people here at the inn who were interested, but that was quite a while ago.

For those who don't know, my game system, Questing Heroes, is based on the HQ rules. Many of the quests/adventures
that will be published could possibly be used with HQ, with some adjustments here and there. I plan to post some
stuff specifically here at the inn for all its members occasionally...I'll format it both for HQ and for Questing Heroes.

Sneak peek at the logo

So, after a good while of not having time, being tired, and loss of ambition (yet again),
I finally got to work on things again, and finished my first round editing. Really, this
was third round editing...had to go through the whole piece and change a couple of
words, though...how tedious.

I'll be sending it to a friend this weekend for a final edit, and then on to the publisher.
In case I didn't mention, it will be both on Amazon and Drive Thru RPG. I'll let you
know when it is up.

In the future - The World Around the heroes (economics, religion, and the gods), A Day
at the Fair (small-scale fairgrounds setting), a couple of adventures, and the first portion
of the world linked with the game system.

AND - Baylor sent me a card game to check out - I've looked it over a bit, and I have to
look at it some more in dept...but that could be a possible point of interest, as well.

Physical Proof came in the mail today from Amazon. There is an issue with the cover.
The interior looks wonderful, though. So, I'm going to be working on the cover to fix
the problem tonight, and get the new file sent off Thursday or Friday.

So, long story short...physical print copies of Questing Heroes will be available soon...
both at DriveThrueRPG and through Amazon.

Looking at the cover image you've posted here, issues are obvious. I'm surprised they didn't tell you before attempting a print, they should of known.

Why didn't you use a stroke of white around the logo and letters? It's hard to read.
