Also, the hipster that I am *cough*, I tried a variety of Belgian beers. Just a choice of bottles from a fridge in Luxembourg while my dad spent 1,200 € on whisky and whiskey.
All these beers were outstanding in what they were trying to achieve.
There was a stout that had "chocolate" in its name and it did taste like dark chocolate. Was the color of it, too. Beautiful stuff.

It's more slimey than sugary. And it is the best part of it!

It's Tilsiter. You find it in the supermarket variant nearly without taste, and in my preferred variant.
