I had two year old Bergkäse https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bergk%C3%A4se yesterday strolling around a Christkindlmarkt https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Christkindlmarkt in Regensburg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Regensburg.
I had many other things, but hotdamn, was that cheese good. Bought some to go.

Come April I'm gonna try that one with a slice of bread with a hearty amount of caraway in it and a pint of Doppelbock https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bock.

Proper Cheddar is not Orange! Looks more like Red Leicester to me..

I got too high and ate too much strew and now Im up awake several hours later because I keep farting. I had a cheese snack shortly ago.

It's normal. Like a meth mouth.
My teeth are in pretty decent shape, but coffeedly yellow as cheese that's sold as cheddar.

15 pounds of pork shoulder cut, 6 jars of simmer sauce, water, slow cooker, and 4+ hours of cooking resulted in delicousness and plenty of leftovers. Leftovers are the BEST! NOM NOM NOM. Reheated the broth and added some cheddar cheese and tortilla chips for homemade tortilla soup. Tomorrow will be followed by more delicious broth and rice. Oh how cheese makes it so yummy!

This whole thread somehow rekindled my love for cheese. I had been saving the money cheese would have cost for months saying "I don't need the stuff". Now I'm back on cheese. I *lemony goodness* cheese now.
