Any chance anyone might know of a seller or two who has fair prices for Citadel paints and ships at decent rates? I'm in Australia and GW pricing here is criminal.

I was going to say that first but seeing as how I've sinned and actually bought 2 of their washes. But I swear it was only to try it out of curiosity!

It's all relative. It's more overpriced here than the usual overpricedness (new word) that's everywhere else.

I hear that it is worse down under. Something akin to getting poison oak scrubbed where the sun don't shine on top of being sunburned and peeling. YEESH! Sorry I railroaded a bit. Back to topic?

hmmmm postage in Australia looks like  :o :bites-lip:  but if you listen to our pollies we have a good deal ;) :D
but as for reasonable priced paints redav, all I do is look through local hobby shops and see what other lines offer similar colours for a decent price. Humbrol acrylics have done me well for years and there are a few water colour, hobby and acrylics available these days but as for what's on ebay, .... I went through nearly 4000 items today and with postage I think the cheapest I could find worked out at about $6- $7 each pot. Slightly cheaper if you picked up certain sets but postage was still the killer

Well, a few years ago in Brisbane we were laughing how it was only possible in Australia to get sunburnt while watching your house flood.

Yup, it's not pretty. I'm keen on trying out the GW gear but figured I'd end up going Vajello or similar. Might need to see if someone's done a chart that lists their equivalents .

|_P Sjeng :D :? I wont say how long I spent looking for these posts  lets just say ummmm  :smack: :D
But seriously now I just found here for what appears to be decent pricing http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Army-Painter-Warpaints-Starter-Paint-Set-Free-Quickshade-Ink-Brushes-/161006882260?pt=UK_Toys_Wargames_RL&hash=item257cc20dd4
The store also has Mantic box sets for less than Mantic and post appears to be pretty good too :D

Why don't you just buy from the store itself?
