Hmm... I'm kinda confused actually. Obviously people aren't finding the zombie the same way I found the sorcerer...

I don't think I get it after all...

The Chaos Sorcerer is unique in the way you find it. If you want to find the rest you are going to have to find the zombie to understand how they are hidden ;)
