I think drathe typed these somewhere, but just can't find them. Any help?

You mean that button noted as "Normal", which is between "URL" and "Font colur"?

One of the odd things I notice about the BBCods here, is how exaggerated the numbers are. In most forums, the sizes are the same as with document sizes - with 11 being normal - but here they are magnified into increments of 50 - with 100 being normal.

No, sorry. Didn't explained it very well. My bad. What drathe wrote is exactly what I meant.

You bring up a worthwhile point. When I make posts, I get around the size choices by manually changing the font size in the POST A NEW TOPIC/POST A REPLY window when writing a post. After that, it's all good.

For example, you can manually change
Code: Select all
Large
while typing a post to
Code: Select all
Large
and it looks like:
Large
Large

In phpbb forums, the sizing is based on percentage as it is commonly done with CSS and HTML. 100 is normal as it's 100%.

Re: Font sizes

Postby Bareheaded Warrior » November 7th, 2022, 8:15 am

Apologies as I suspect this question has been asked and answered somewhere but I'm after some clarity on fonts relating to the NA (1st) Edition Instruction Booklet only.

Title Font --> HEROQUEST (assuming in the content of the Instruction Booklet this is used for the title word 'HEROQUEST' only)
Rule Book Title(s) --> Belwe Std Light or Belwe Std 16pt bold (assuming in the content of the Instruction Booklet this is used for various levels of headings only - not sure if there is 3 or 4 but I assume/hope these are the same font just different sizes?)

But what font is used for the standard text in the Instruction Booklet? Is it ITCClearface 10pt bold?

And page numbers are ITCClearface 8.9pt Bold?
:skull: = white skull, one "hit"
:blackshield: = black skull, one "hit"
:whiteshield: = shield, cancels out one "hit"
