Not only are these scans available for free here, they are the same ones available here. Or more likely, stolen from that other place that stole them from here. The faint stain at the top of the barcode is identical to our scans and my own copy.

I hope you then contact eBay and let them know and get the bastard who did it banned.

Unreal how people get on eBay, and sell stuff, thinking that someone won't notice them selling illegal stuff and NOT report them.
I remember seeing so many mp3s and jpgs, backups of files sold on eBay back in the day. Now not as much, yet once in a while ....

Received e-mail to my question.

How is it you charge for an item that is available
for free at http://www.yeoldeinn.com and has in fact,
obviously COME from there?

don't know what you're on about son, i must have missed the part where it's got anything to do with you what i sell, perhaps you should just jog on
- sidious74

You do know what I'm "on about", and since you make it clear that you are a lying weasel, I shall have no problem at all interrupting my exercise and stopping right here, rather than jogging on.
You are reported. And if you do NOT contact drathe at http://www.yeoldeinn.com, or else remove the item immediately this will be the START of your headaches.

Now I'm pissed.

Odds are the file he provides is the one from heroquestgame{dot}com that was previously taken from us and had the credit page removed. He may not realise the file's origin. Getting into a fight with the guy will likely be more trouble than it's worth. Pissing off an unknown individual may have devastating repercussions. You never know what they may be capable of behind the anonymity of the Internet. The best course of action in this case would be to spread the word throughout the HQ communities, educate them on the issue and point them to the free file so they don't chance wasting their money.

Selling electronic copies of material on eBay is against their rules. Better to just report the listing to eBay and let them decide for themselves. I doubt they really care though. The listing was reported already by a few people over the last couple days and the listing hasn't been removed. It has since ended, but it appears it was by the seller. Ebay would have removed it entirely.

It ended this way:

There's no need for vulgarities and false accusations is there son? so i will be the better man and ignore them and not lower myself to your council estate level.
Anyway, i just went on that website you were on about and it appears my files are pretty similar to the ones there. So I shall indeed cancel my auction as being a man of such stature, would not like to break any laws. Maybe in future you should not jump to conclusions, and learn to be polite when contacting people. I know it's hard to at times, especially in your predicament.

I replied that he was still lying and as for trying to be superior with "son" I invited him to my dojo floor where he will learn what is superior. From me.
On a dojo floor, there is no legal protection for fighting; stepping onto it is an implicit waiver that you might get the *lemony goodness* beaten out of you.

Very few people realize what I am capable of until they piss me off.

I would have happily apologized to him if he had admitted to what he did instead of making it look otherwise.

------------------------------

Turns out he blocked my further communication. Coward. He'll probably lurk around in here, so I'm sure he will find my challenge. But like the beady eyed chicken *lemony goodness* criminal he is he'll avoid answering.

This adamkellerseller guy is still selling bootlegs from the Inn on Ebay. Please report him. At the very least he's scalping material from you all. Cut out the middle man, he's not "providing a service,"... :(
