First Miniature to produce?

Mine will be. They will be exactly like MB HQ miniatures. I am right now drawing up an Elf Princess, then a human Princess after.

Well, honestly, of course I hardly have the time to make the minis I already have in planning, so I wish you all the good luck there is for your project.

I think Goblin King's list is pretty good, for the purposes of the Inn community (= Heroquest enthusiasts).
One thing I'm started working on was a more dynamic version of the HeroQuest dwarf, based on the cover art. He would not fit very well in my product line, it was just something I wanted for myself. So if you can take over, I would be happy with it.
Cynthia Lee expressed a demand for male slaves and other male figures in certain representations in another thread. I don't know if these would make for big sales, but I'm all for producing them.

Too expensive to even get started. I have decided to not proceed with the miniatures, (yet) and I am going to make HQ dice instead.

Still in the works actually. I'm using the HQ dice funds to manufacture a newly designed female Barbarian HQ style figure. Just going to take a little time.
