Despite not(?) owning the rights to the name anymore, GW certainly still has a good case if they want to sue.

* Setup seems very similar to Space Hulk
* The heroes are very similar to Space Marines/Sisters
* Monsters are very similar to Nurgle units

This game seems to be made to leech on the popularity of GW's IPs
