Hi everyone,

I've been using the resources here as a visitor for the last month or two to complete an old game set I bought back in the early 90's. I dusted it off and decided to play with some friends. You have a very nice community here and I just wanted to thank everyone who's contributed and helped build up the resources on this website. I have really enjoyed being able to finally play the Barbarian and Elf Quest expansions! It became out of print before I got the chance to buy them and to find originals now is very very difficult.

I was able to download and print out the playing cards and tiles as well as 3D print some scanned pieces by https://springer3dscans.wordpress.com and on Thingiverse. They came out pretty good - of course not quite as detailed as the original, but very pleased.

I hope to be able to contribute back soon with some new quests or custom spells or other resources as I start playing with my friends. Thank you for keeping this website going!

welcome! there are lots of cool downloadable things on this site. I have been amazed with all the creativity for creating new quests and even new game mechanics. Even if I don't use them all, they are always fun to look at.

Welcome to the forum! Any chance of a picture of how your 3d printouts have come out?

Sure! I don't think I have the ability to post photos here yet, so I've pasted a link below to a shared folder on my oneDrive with them. The only one which I have not printed yet is the female barbarian, but she's printing as we speak.

You'll notice the detail on them isn't as good, but I think it's because the model is a 3D scan and I've had to print them with supports and some of the support material wasn't coming off. All-in-all still pretty good in my opinion.

I am still trying to clean them all up a bit and remove more of the support material so I may update the photos as I go.

There's no scans (least that I've found) of the mercenary miniature from the Barbarian set so I found a model of a town guard on thingiverse and made a few minor alterations to the model. It has removeable arms which I've had some success at attaching them with Loctite wall tack, but may in the end just glue them on and print more.
