Since I view YeOldeInn and Thantos' miniatures as two sides of the same coin, ideally the few new monsters added in would be easily obtainable as a "HQ25" monster pack from Zealot. I'm thinking kobolds, minotaur, maybe the female adventurers and some generic evil dudes. It should be complementary and generic so it's widely applicable to many hobbyists' collections, is what I'm saying. And affordable, maybe in the $50 range.

Obviously I'm coming in to this five years late, so my opinion doesn't have a lot of weight, but the precedent of a few new monsters and a big baddie has already been set with the existing official quest packs, so I think we should honor that. . . .

Looking back, Goblin-King warned the most loudly that we were in danger of biting off more than we could chew. We'll, satisfying our fannish nature overtook that sentiment and the bar was set at 25 Quests. That's three group Quest Packs of material, so 6 New monsters and even several new spell sets makes sense when framed this way. And we still need too work up some new artifacts!

On the subject of cost, one thing I'd add to the wish list is paper mini files for the monsters. That way those on a budget without the needed figures could still play the Quest pack.

I would also like to have the Spell Card sets and Artifact Cards easily viewable from a smart phone to keep printing costs down. Hell, even the Quest Book could be referenced from a smart phone.

I'm hoping in the end it will be available as a purchasable pack like the Italian forum did. Maybe Zealot will release the new monsters for the pack? hint hint...That Kobold from the image would be awesome.

I would suggest contacting brsathler for this. His paper minis look fantastic. Maybe he'd be willing to help.

The Kobold Trickster artwork was made for Rackham Miniatures years ago, perhaps for Cadwallon. Haven't found the figure yet, unfortunately.

Is it safe to assume that any quests that haven't got a separate thread in the Quests subforum are up for grabs? I've spent weeks poring through all the threads for this project and my head is spinning. I'd love to be involved, though, and my play group will be looking for more challenges.

Having read through everything, it seems that if people had done enough work on quests to have them posted and play tested, they would have done so already. But if someone is sitting on a stack of near-finished quests, I don't want to swoop in here at the last minute and rain on their parade!

I do 9-13 currently even if I haven't a thread for 9 yet.

I suppose they are up for grab yes. Waiting 5 years then saying "wait that was mine" doesn't work, right?

Cool I would be happy to see you around. |_P

I'd say Anderas has the correct read. Only TMU has responded with continued interest at this point. Both Goblin-King and Gold-Bearer have stated they have withdrawn from the project. Notably open are the Kobold/Fimir arc and final Quests after the Cultist/Undead arc. Gold-Bearer wanted his stuff out for his own separate project, so you needn't include the Quests he started on.
