Well, some time in September or Octorber we get itchy and then someone will remind evreyone else by making a thread X-Mas Exchange 2019. Everybody interested in taking part declares in that thread, everyone trustworthy by a common-sense measure is welcomed in, then somebody will volunteer to make "The Draw". Each participant sends this one person their address and that person then draws a sender/recipient chain. Each participant then is told the name of their recipient by the drawsperson and may or may not come up with a personal theme or just paint whatever they want to according to the rules, which most of the yers was something like It-has-to-be-a-miniature-usable-in-HeroQuest or The-miniature-has-to-be-put-on-a-HEroQuest-base.
