I've taken part in the warhammer forum's exchange. Because of the range of figures in both warhammer games, people are asked to state some preferences. This sort of ruins the purpose, it is like asking for your gift, but it is necessary there in order to avoid getting something completely unusable.
Here, there is no need for that because we all play heroquest, and the exchange is about heroquest.
Reminder of the rule in the first post:

1. Participants have to PAINT a heroquest figure.
That was it. This seems pretty simple, but if you look in the previous exchanges in you can see all sorts of figures. Absolutely no figure in any exchange has ever received a negative/harsh critic. Ever. The only thing criticised was a huge delay in posting.
So, let's all take a step back, wait for the draw at the end of the month, hopefully more people will join by then.
Last but not least, I think each and every one here can decide on his own if a figure is relevant to the game. A orc with a machine-gun is not relevant, the same way as a world war II figure isn't. So if we apply basic logic, we should be fine.

This makes me sad, I hope you are willing to reconsider, there is a lot of time until the draw. Take a look at the previous exchanges, see the figures and read the comments and I'm sure what you see there is something that you'd want to take part in.

I missed this post. What does he bring on the table with the war drum? An extra attack dice for everyone in the room I assume, at least.
