I just came back to check out the figures, and realised that wolfie did not get the one he was supposed to?
It was really nice of you Spiky to send him one of your own figures as a substitute.

It is a shame that this jewels guy did not follow through to his commitment on this exchange.
Perhaps on the next exchange we should restrict the entries to people who've been active to the forum for some time.

People get real life problems sometimes - at the end of the day we're talking about plastic soldiers!

We've done several exchanges so far, and only having one issue during these is pretty good going, based on my experience of other exchanges I've been involved in on other forums.

There's still a chance that Wolfie's exchange mini may turn up at some point.

Is it already time to start talking about an exchange for this Christmas?

I guess things can go horribly wrong sometimes. Still, it's not about the plastic figures themselves, it's about the interaction with another person several thousands of miles away. It was really nice of you to send this figure to Spiky, now I see it's a conversion you posted in the forum sometime ago.

It is in fact too early! I guess I'll be in again, although I'll have to find another Orc to convert. I've sent Orcs 3 times in a row and I'm not one to break a tradition.
