Here are my Google translations of the Equipment Cards, with the old text, the "Engrish", and the localized touch-up. It is best to connect all the lines of texts to get more connected sentences. Highlighting the translated text can also yield alternative words or sentence structure. e.g. "魔法使い" gives "witch", but also "wizard" and "magician." Other notes are: obliquely = diagonally; wave = roll (dice)

Talisman of Lore

(Note: Yeah, this was not an easy translation. I had to figure-out its meaning based on the rough translations from the rulebooks that notes that each of the heroes are only allowed one resurrection, and at the cost of all the dead hero's gold - which is given to the temple. This may not be the case, but this is my best guess.)

Although, there are some slight changes, namely gold values, and how Healing potions require an action to drink. The Wandering Monster cards had the biggest changes.)

Holy water
I found a bottle of holy water that was forgotten in a corner of the room. Holy water can be used instead of combat.
With holy water, it is possible to obliterate one animal facing their monsters undead skeleton, zombie, such as Mommy.
You can not choose to obtain the gold even if conducted under defeat, the monster the holy water.

I found a bottle of holy water that was forgotten in a corner of the room. Holy water can be used instead of attacking. With holy water, it is possible to destroy an undead monster: a Skeleton, Zombie, or Mummy. You cannot collect the gold that comes with defeating a monster when holy water is used to kill it.

(Note: There is nothing on the card that states that it may only be used once or not.)

I suggest using the text from the US or UK treasure cards, as they seem to be a direct translation of those cards, and my efforts to "localization" them was lazy (and may writing is too sloppy to quite anyways).

As for the Talisman of Lore card (one of the most unusual cards in this edition), here is a better localization, if it helps:

At the Temple, this magic talisman allows the Heroes to be resurrected any number of times. The Talisman of Lore is not carried by any one hero, and all Heroes benefit from it's power. However, once a dead Hero is revived, all his gold is still lost.

By the way, I'm still going to do the other cards. Namely the spell cards, and the character cards. (The character cards also feature some unusual magical powers for the Elf and Wizard, unrelated to normal spell-use - they might be at-will powers that are gained after so many quests.)

I also found my first effort to translate the game, which was originally posted on Old Scratch:

I noticed a small discrepency. The Engrish version of Freeze Bow has 4 Attack Dice, but the localized Bow of Frost has only 3 Attack Dice. Knowing the Japanese power creep, I'm guessing the Bow of Frost needs a bump.

Thanks, and thanks again for spotting the error! Yes, it is meant to be 4. All the Artifact/Legendary weapons are meant to be the most powerful weapon available to each of the Heroes.

Looking at the rules and card, the game seems to be geared for a structured build-up. Between their rules and ours, I like ours because the Spirit Blade is much more interesting it how it attacks then the generic "+1 Sword" that is the Silver Blade.
