Yes, I successfully reproduced the Ogre Warrior using this time modeling Resin.
I produced the main body in one piece so you will have to glue the hands.
The result is amazing, so here are some picks to compare the original mini with the copy.

I think I see a teensy little flash on the inside of the left foot, but that's no problem to even out and I might see too much there.
Otherwise just perfect. I would definitely buy from you.

What is this polyester resin like when cast into the figure?

Is it bendy/hard, brittle/tough?

The polyester resin is hard and cannot be bended, but I don't cast with it anymore. The ones I am casting now are with modeling resin, which is like plastic, bendable and quite soft.
