What would you do? Ask for a partial refund?
Usually just ask the seller and he'll tell you if he wants to send some money back or not. Unless you're unreasonable they'll offer some refund in order to avoid the negative feedback.Geofonos wrote:How does one go about asking for partial refund? Do I get in touch with the seller for it or do I need to open up a case on paypal?
