Advanced HeroQuest... looking to sell.

I've decided to part with my Advanced HeroQuest game. It's not complete and I don't know how to check for what is missing. Trying to get an idea as to what to sell it for that would be reasonable for both me the seller and the buyer. I'm sure I have the heroes in one of my HQ boxes.

I guess it’s almost complete. It’s faster to list what is missing.
7 Skaven and all 20 missing shields.
9 Henchmen
5 door frames (but have all doors)
2 Large room tiles
Missing all rules and all quests.
