Is there any good scanned images of the US expansion boxes and Ogre horde box? would like try to and make them. :D

Are you referring to the original (not the new edition) boxes? If so, here are scans of mine, although my boxes aren't in perfect shape. Unfortunately I don't have Ogre Horde.
