It works for me, though not immideatly. It fails at first, then I click on edit. Somehow the text within the dice-brackets has changed, and I have to change it back (1d6 or 3d6 or whatever). THEN it works

For some reason the first one or two rolls seem to be failing since the last Dice Mod update. Hopefully this is an issue to be addressed in the next version. The Dice Mod is still in Beta production and technically not supposed to be used on a live board. But odds are, it will never be completed for public release. We're using it any way as there's no other in-forum method of rolling dice. We have to either deal with the bugs (edit the post and try inserting 2d6, 3d6 etc again) or not use it at all.

When you edit an invalid roll, the numbers inside the tag will always be changed. The Mod converts it to a value to be stored in the database with a reference number beginning with zero for the first roll per post. blah blah blah more technical jargon.
