"Do not discard after use" means that you can use it permanently? If yes i'm afraid of "Drain Life" spell..maybe it's too powerfull but on the other hand i understand it, he sacrifices a lot of Body points. If you have tested him i'm ok!

By the way when i'm thinking of necromancers i have something different in my mind, like this one i designed some months ago but never playtested him :( . He is something between Elf and Wizard with 3 cards and 2 permanent skills.

I let drain life not be discarded after use as the necro needs to get adjacent AND roll a skull. If he is in need of BP this could be very dangerous for him. El_Flesh has confirmed so the second I get to a computer I'll post the starting room.

QUEST 1
The Trial
You have learned will, my friends. Now has come the time of your first trial. You must enter the catacombs which contain Fellmarg's Tomb. There you must seek out and destroy Verag, a necromancer that is desecrating the tomb with his foul magics. This Quest will not be easy and you must work together in order to survive. This is your first step on the road to becoming true heroes. Tread carefully my friends.

I feel that it should be noted that unlike The Trail in the original quest book, traps and secret doors may exist in this quest. (And I'll throw the heroes a bone and let them know that there are none of either in the entry room.
