Same here, since there is no official US version, this is the transferred version of the website.

The only places I was able to find these files were here at the Inn and on Phoenix's website. Since the Inn has that file linked to Phoenix's site, that would be where it came from. The European version has the new enemies listed as having one body point while this one does not. Also, the maps are done in the US style. This should be what you are looking for.
