It will be released for free: Print & Play.

Otherwise we'll have to change it to something else like renaming it "LucaQuest" or something and altering it in other ways so it won't look so much like a finishing of the official product from 1993. That's what other fans have had to do, and that was with fully original custom quests (see SundayQuest). How could we do this with actual MB works and hope to get away with it?

I'm happy to help promote the free release, but putting this into mass production, setting up payments, etc. seems like asking for trouble from Hasbro's lawyers.

lucapaschi can give you better details. Planning a very small release at basically cost. No profits. As far as I know there are no concrete numbers yet for prices. Also will be the option to print and play for free. If any of this is incorrect, Luca please let me know. No release date yet as we're still waiting on a few things out of our control.

Seems correct! Whatever the final outcome is (if we do manage to make a print or not, etc) and all details will surely be given on here as soon as we have a clear idea of said points!

We’re hopefully almost done on a “release candidate” version that has to undergo some playtesting as of now, so you should’t be waiting too long… maybe.

Yeah I worry about someone putting it up for sale on etsy (more than ebay) and charging some ridiculous price without sanction (there's already someone selling minis based on the Dwarf sculpts leaked a long time ago, although one can argue they aren't exactly the same and no connection to this project, and there are others selling full 3d prints of the official quest packs from the 90's there). I guess worst thing that happens there is the sale gets cancelled and that person gets banned and slapped with a C&D notice, they might not go after the rest of us who weren't doing that...
