Ye Olde Inn

July 28th I'll be turning 33!
Obviously that's a highly magical number and as the planets align I'll transcend into full wizardhood.
I've got something big brewing for you guys, but in the meantime I'll propose a challenge.
Everyone who wish to participate must write a quest to celebrate this great day.

Rules:

1. Only 1 quest per writer.
2. Assume 4 heroes who have completed the basic game system.
3. Only use original components. But remember what you can do with quest notes!
4. An (Mentor's?) introduction is mandatory, but you don't need to format the whole thing to look like an official quest.
5. As an achievement, in the vein of the original quest book, try to add one unique element to your quest.
6. Post your quest in this thread on the exact date of July 28th.

I'll reveal my big surprise on the same date for everyone to enjoy whether you posted a quest or not.

Happy Birthday! Thanks for inspiring this one. When I first read your post I though your birthday was JUNE 28th so I had it almost done the first night.

My nine year old wrote the first riddle with only minor help from me. That last line is his!

Never thought to assault the Mind Points like this. Then having to fight a wizard with spells that all involve saves based on Mind Points. I think this one will be a lot of fun and tough. As requested, it is intended for champions of the original 14 quests.
