There's plenty of materials and original scans right here on the website! All you have to do is figure out the correct scale (WHICH NOBODY HAS WRITTEN A GUIDE ON SO FAR!) and get it printed to the quality level of your choice!
You could print at home on regular paper and it will be very cheap!
You could buy some stiff card paper and print on that at home, too - I got decent enough results with my inkjet!

Most of the scales are trial & error, the faithful old Paint has helped me out a lot.

That's exactly what I'm doing :)
Printed almost all the expansion tiles on my Canon inkjet, glued them on grey cardboard paper (about 1.5mm thick), cut them out, they look great.
Printed all extra questbooks and the unofficial quests from the magazines, plus some fan made ones too, and bound them together with a thick ring (those plastic ones), transparent cover and black backcover. Almost looks professional :)

About the scale: 1 square is 2.285 cm, so I simply inserted the images in Word, and scaled them accordingly. I tried one first (witch king's throneroom), and it fits nicely.

All I need is to buy extra miniatures for the expansions. Already bought some Skaven clanrats and the LotR rangers box for mercenaries / men-at-arms. It has 24 men, 8 archers, 8 pikemen and 8 swordsmen, so I think I can manage :)

You can also manage the size of a graphic in word, just typing the measurement.
For example: Witch king's throne room = 6 by 5 squares = 6 x 2.285 cm = 13.71 cm height (use your calculator, or just the build-in calculater of windows).

A more sophisticated method:
Go to menu drawing -> grid. The grid settings submenu opens. Set the grid to 2.28 cm in both dirctions and activate "snap to grid" and "show grind on screen". Save this document and use it from now on for printing your HQ tiles. Now, when you drag or resize a graphic with the mouse, it automatically will "snap" to the right dimensions.
Have a look ;)

I picked up a mint complete (opened + punched) copy of Wizards of Morcar for US $198.
Did I get a bargain? I don't know. I very much wanted it, but 200 for some plastic and cardboard makes me want to shed a single tear. Haha

That's rather expensive but still in the normal range. Just look up the prices at Ebay every now and then.
Have a look ;)

My hobby supporting/suffering wife got me the game system along with cellars keep and return of the witch lord and gw's advanced heroquest as a Xmas present a few years ago. I've no idea how much she paid for them, best not to ask to be honest ;o)

Did some some late summer cleaning, and it turns out I still have every expansion except WoM (I remember seeing it in ads, but couldn't find it anywhere). Everything still seems to be in pretty decent condition. Doing inventory, I discovered that one skeleton was missing, and the arm of an ogre had broken, but everything else looks great, and every card, tile and doorway is still there. At some point I guess I consolidated the boxes, as I only have three left: Adventure Design Kit (filled with furniture), BQP (filled with miniatures) and EQP (everything else).

Now I guess all I need are some players. ;)
