Seeing as that 99.9% of the Quest Notes for Jungles of Delthrak have now been spoiled (and the rest of the booklet, thanks to reporter HappyFridays at UK Gaming Expo revealed on his youtube channel) despite the release date being Sept 1st (with some pre-order shops listing Aug 1st, or even July 20th as potential ship dates), I noted some possible errata...

Although we can see the quest maps clearly for only 4 (of 16) quests, the Entrance/Exit doors mechanic is used despite no extra door furniture being included with the pack (as with other expansions you are expected to merely have the Game System). Using this expansion with the game system means you would use regular closed doors for this, but we aren't yet able to see if they gave a reasonably accurate count (see issues with ROTDM running out of closed doors at times).

The Alchemist Shop lacks the usual text explaining when Heroes are able to shop there, however various quests do indicate when heroes are NOT able to shop at the Armory and Alchemist Shop, implying it is meant to be the same rule as in the GS where shopping is allowed between quests. No mention here (as in SQT, PoT) that other Alchemist Shops can be visited.

Alchemy system is not mentioned despite the same cardback being used on the four included potion cards. These have gold values rather than "craft" for any of them and there are no "Re-agent" Treasure cards. While these could be added or combined with the ROTDM Alchemy Deck (that outside of the pack, Doug Hopkins indicated was an option for Zargon to use with any purchasable potions between quests alternate to what any expansion offered), it is not explained in the JoD booklet. But this also puts these four potions outside of the usual "Equipment" deck other potions are included in for all other expansions and the remake GS.

The exact mechanics of the "Potions of Healing" are not clarified in the quest notes. However there included Alchemist Shop clearly designates the Potion of Healing as a 1d6, so it's most likely this was the intention every time it is not explained.

Well, we don't really know, but yes, that's the more probable because if players only own Game System and AtHO boxes, the only general Potion of Healing they know is the one from the Treasure deck (1d6 BPs).

About this errata, I have observed that the App (v.3.1) considers all of those Potions of Healing in AtOH as +4 BPs, not 1d6 BPs.

Maybe the app will do the same with these potions of healing from JoD??

Doug Hopkins (Wandering Monster) has clarified via Discord that the Sapphire Skull artifact from Jungles of Delthrak expansion is not a weapon and it must be used as an action:

And he also posted some days ago a brief clarification about Spawnlings movement:

I only see the Potion of Healing thing an issue when there's a mixture of types of Potion of Healing and no explanation in the notes. Zargon can decide, but it's nicer to know what the designers intended!

Doug Hopkins (Wandering Monster) has today declared via Discord that the ending text of Quest 6 notes of Jungles of Delthrak expansion is not correct. The correct one is "Proceed to Quest 8 on page 27.":

Wandering_Monk_errata_Doug Hopkins_4.JPG

Additionally, seekhashem via Discord has also observed a flaw in Quest 12 of Jungles of Delthrak: Notes say that the heroes start on the waterfall tile, but there’s no letter in that quest’s notes and that tile isn’t identified as the Waterfall tile in the book’s introductory text. Since there were two possible tiles in that specific quest that could have been the waterfall tile, I had to look at a few other quests where those two tiles appeared and make an assumption about which was the waterfall tile. The other one seems to be a “rift tile” that used in the other two “Paths” as well. It would have been helpful to have a more comprehensive explanation of the tiles with tile icons in the questbook’s introductory text.

I see that JoD Quests 12, 14 & 16 do not list any "wandering monster" for the quest.

However at least in Quest 14, the entire quest is rendered as a single room (thus a monster is visible and when monster(s) are defeated, the quest ends). So it was probably intended to be the same way in Quest 12, hence no real treasure searching will be possible anyway.

Quest 16 it makes sense because monsters are able to continually spawn on Zargon's turn until the designated creature is defeated (and the ending plays), so again no searching will be possible.

So I think only Quest 12 might be a possible errata here.

seekhashem on Discord has convinced me that the Waterfall tile meant to be used is the big one in the last quest. It's not specifically labelled in the quest book tiles section but that's what makes sense by visual presentation and size.

Doug Hopkins (Wandering Monster) has yesterday clarified via Discord that a Spawling of Jungles of Delthrak expansion which is attached to a Hero (when its tile is onto his Hero card), is occuping the Hero square so for combat purposes (and I guess also for all purposes), it must be considered adjacent to the Hero it clings to. Additionally he has also clarified that each Spawling attached to the Hero (if there are more than one at the same time) must be attacked one at a time as if they were different monsters , so you cannot damage two Spawlings at the same time with just one attack:

I would like to also remember another related clarification by Doug Hopkins some weeks ago:

Spawling tiles move like any other monster.

I think I will just stack the spawns under the hero's figure. Will be easier to keep track of!

Doug Hopkins (Wandering Monster) has today confirmed via Discord that Deathspinner in Quest 3 of Jungles of Delthrak moves up to 6 squares since original questbook says by mistake "6 dice" of Movement. Additionally Doug has also confirmed that this Deathspinner has also the special abilities Spawn, Agile and Venomous like any other Blightcrawler though it was not explicitly indicated in the original questbook by mistake.

Ah that's a good clarification... and the idea of a creature being able to roll 6d6 for movement sounds pretty hard to escape from (unless he rolls absolutely terrible... getting all 1's and thus can move "only" 6!).
