Thanks CavemanLogic,

The official Zargon twits explaining Shapeshift Spell rules and confirming the Shield material were the following ones:

Zargon twit from 22/Mar/2022:
Zargon_Twitter_2022-03-22.jpg

Then, Shapeshift Spell can provide to the Druid 1 extra Attack dice AND 1 extra Defend dice.

Zargon twit from 15/Apr/2022:
Zargon_Twitter_2022-04-15.jpg

Then, the Shield must be considered to be made of WOOD from rules standpoint.

Additionally I would also add another two twits where Zargon account also confirms, as Kurgan already introduced here, that rules for Orc's Bane and Heroic Brew (and probably also Battle Rage & Elven Speed Potions from The Frozen Horror and (incoming) Mage of the Mirror expansions) should also follow similar rules for Multiple Attacks as Polar War Bears from The Frozen Horror expansion. Moreover, this explanation seems to directly came from STEPHEN BAKER himself and it also fits with the Multiple Attacks rules extension described in Rogue of Elethorn expansion, as written today.

Zargon twit from 13/Jul/2022:
Zargon_Twitter_2022-07-13.jpg

Zargon twit from 15/Ago/2022:
Zargon_Twitter_2022-08-15.jpg

Then, if a monster is attacked twice by a Hero using the Orc's Bane or Heroic Brew, the monster can only defend one of those attacks.

I will update the main errata list accordingly with this info.

HispaZargon wrote:Another point for discussion if it is an errata or not... let's see:

The Game System rulebook does not explain anywhere how many combat dice mayroll a unarmed Hero nor if rolling Skulls still damaged an enemy without using a weapon, but in my opinion, a rule to cover such situation should had been written there. I know that the rulebook is not intended to cover all possible situations, in fact the rulebook says that any rare situation should be solved by Zargon player, etc. Ok, but... what happen with a new Wizard who throw his single dagger in the first mission? Yes, the Wizard will automatically become an unarmed Hero.

Well, don't know what you think, but I see this situation really probable, which could happen very early in a game, especially playing with kids, so I see it could be enough to justify that dedicated rules for such situation should had been included in the rulebook.

I will not open here the debate of how to homebrew this, there are already other forum threads for such discussion, I am just declaring that in my opinion, there is a clear lack of rules in the rulebook about how unarmed heroes should combat.

About this topic, maybe we could have the official rule in the Rulebook, but I think we have not seen it!!! Here it is:

Page 17 of the 2021's Rulebook (Page 19 on the classic one from 1990), section "What Happens to a Hero in a Pit?":

As a hero, your minimum attack or
defend strength is always 1 combat
die, even if the pit penalty would
    reduce your dice to 0.

So... well, this is not the Combat section of the rules, but do you think we could assume this paragraph may be extrapolated to the rest of the rules? If we consider it strictly, would not exist any errata of course about this topic.

The word "always" I think is pretty clear and also fits with ROTWL rule for unarmed heroes. As I said before, I don't like it, but... the 1 Attack die rule seems to be more official than I thought in a first stage.

Ok... the following minor errata were also found only in the Spanish Edition of The Frozen Horror expansion:

THE FROZEN HORROR expansion box content:

Treasure Cards deck:
- Poción de Resistencia Mágica (Potion of Magic Resistance): The sentence "... anula los efectos de cualquier Hechizo que te cause daño." is not complete accoring to the original text in English, and it should be as: "... anula los efectos de cualquier Hechizo que te cause daño lanzado contra ti."

Artifact Cards deck:
- Amuleto del Norte (Amulet of the North): Text "Este antiguo Artefacto mágico fue fabricado para los reyes bárbaros de antaño." is not an accurate translation of the English text, and it should had been "Este antiguo objeto mágico fue fabricado para los reyes bárbaros hace siglos."

Dread Spell Cards deck:
- Escalofrío (Chill): The text "... a cualquier Héroe o Monstruo Adyacente a quien se lance ..." is not correctly written and it should be as "... a cualquier Héroe o Monstruo Adyacente a quien lo lance ..."

I have updated the prior post about Spanish Edition's exclusive errata accordingly (last update was in September).

I have updated the errata summary here according to the last findings and discussions.

Last update of the list was performed in October and I would like to announce that past 10th of November was the first anniversary of this unofficial errata control.

Re: Hero Quest 2021 Remake: Errata Compilation

Well, as I already introduced here, it has been already confirmed that potions from Mage of the Mirror's remake have the same rules and prices as the ones from the classic expansion, so would be their rules in conflict with Prophecy of Telor's Potion of Magic and Potion of Healing...

Considering Mage of the Mirror's potions may be also purchased during other different quest packs, I guess this would also include Prophecy of Telor's one, so in my opinion, there are clear misprints in Prophecy of Telor quest book.

According to my analyses and other data, to fix this in Prophecy of Telor's Alchemist Shop and make it compatible with Mage of the Mirror's one, here are my suggestions to avoid conflicts with Potion of Supreme Restoration and Potion of Recall from Mage of the Mirror:

- Potion of Magic: Increase its price to 450 gold coins AND limit its power to just one regained spell, instead of three.
- Potion of Healing: Increase its price to 350 gold coins.

New small changes are being found for the Elf Quest Pack remake...

Not so much errata but clarifications/additions. Unmarked treasure chests give 200 gold to the first treasure searcher. Mercenaries can be hired if they are available from other owned expansions in group quests.

Yes... that could be a clear gap in the rules now.

Well, it looks as good news.

This is a "vintage errata" that was not changed in the new edition.

EQP Quest 6 has a room that features 3 zombies. There are only 2 zombies in the game system box, so you can only fulfill this if you happened to also own Return of the Witch Lord. Otherwise the rule is to substitute a monster of the same color (skeleton or mummy in this case). There is a room in the same quest that has 4 skeletons and a nearby room that has only one skeleton but this isn't necessarily an error since most rooms are cleared of monsters before entering a new room.

A member from our Facebook group has posted an e-mail he has received from Hasbro Customer Care where they officially confirm that the Helmet is made of metal. Here is the link and an screenshot:

Probably most of the players already considered the same, but as far as I know, it has not been officially confirmed until now.
