Araby and Khemr. I'll look at the maps. Are there any pre-existing games or quests using these locales? In any canon?

It's Khemri. The Warhammer: Tomb Kings army book.
Maybe a Black Library novel, too? Nagash and Settra are two of the characters you want to research.

Araby is close to Khemri and it would be the real world's North African Islamic countries to Khemri's Egypt,
but it hasn't received much fluff.
Warhammer geography is VEEEERRRY uninspired.

I would imagine that Araby is the stand-in for the Arabian setting. So if I wanted to do an Ali-Baba or Aladdin or Prince of Persia -esque style setting, I'd use it.
The Warhammer: Tomb Kings & a Black Library novel.
I'll look those up.
And I'll look up the characters, Nagash and Settra.
Thanks for the feedback. You're awesome.

The area is called Land of the Dead, but in olden times was called Nehekhara. The most famous cities were Khemri, Lahmia, and Numas.

This is precisely what I need.
I need like a list of Lore and related books, quest, stories, etc.
Basically any and all canon and histories I can find.

Ye olde Warhammer army book Undead (ca. 1996 or 1998)
and the newer and most recent versions of Tomb Kings provide most of that fluff you need.
Personally, I absolutely loved that first Undead book. Along with Skaven and Chaos, it introduced me to Warhammer, war games, and miniatures in the first place.
The style and layout were great. I remember these books fondly and you could get one for probably around 10 bucks on ebay.
For research for HQ, the older the book the better, I think, because of the art style and miniature picture part for inspiration and guideline if you wanna look for HQ proxies in the Oldhammer style.
Oldhammer = old, classic Warhammer = basically characterful miniatures inviting a colorful paint scheme, the style fitting HQ minis and art style perfectly.

I only have the 6th/7th edition Tomb Kings book, but there may have been more in the subsequent edition plus the whole Nagash uprising.

This site will give you a decent list of references, as well as probably all the info you need:
