GZ's post-KS communication has been *really* poor, and not just because of IP issues.

Latest possibility is that GZ will ship to retailers first (they already include a promo miniature only available with pre-orders). Creators often do this for cash flow purposes (eg. not enough money to ship product).

If Hasbro and Moon Design make a move (pretty sure MD will), I think it'll be when product starts shipping. Hasbro waited to go after Cryptozoic when alpha (beta?) version of Hex was released, and they settled.

As for Dungeon Saga, it is clearly a legal product, so I have no problems about it.

It is not an unusual behavior at all, to deliver to retailers first, don't get me wrong.

Now to talk about it makes it sounding like 90% propability whereas existing kickstarters have this behavior a lot less often.

So yes a quote from Dionisos or Isabelle or one of the retailers like Wayland games would be good.
