I´m ending MOTM with my group. They just entered throught the mirron to rescue the princess and we stoped there till next playing day.
I´m planning to use MIllandriell more than just a random token they nned to get and make her a "minor Hero" (she´s not 5 years old, she is almost adult). I have a princess miniature to represent here and she will have more or less those rules:

MOV 2d6 MIND 3 BODY 2 DEFENSE 2 ATTACK 0 (but can be equipped with a daghger or staff). SPELLS: 3 Water spells and 1 random elf spell not used by the elf BUT she also has some disadvantages:
-Scared: If you mand MIllandirell to do something more than MOVE you need to roll 4+ in a D6. Add +2 to the roll iof she es adjacent to a hero.
-Weakling: She has Base attack 0 and monsters can move through here without problem.
-Hunted!: If she is no adjacent to a hero a monster can catch here. Stop the monster movement in MIllandrells square, put the princess token under the monster and remove the miniature from the board. If the monster is no in line of sight of a hero at the end of his turn Millandriell is captured again and heroes need to go back to the jail wich is now guarded by an ogre and 2 dread warriors! If the moster is killed, place MIllandriel miniature in place of the monster.

I always found it odd that they stated she is five but the artwork makes her look like a teenager. As a result, I made two miniatures for her: A child/tween and a teen/adult.

As a child, she can be carried by a Hero like a sack of beans, so does not need stats. But as as noted in this port... Where is the fun in that?

When I readout the text, I state her age as 15 and use the teen/adult figure. When rescued, she is treated like a Hero...

Princess Millandriell
You are the Princess of the Elven Kingdom. While you can fight, if armed, but your priority it to survive and you are limited with equipment like the Wizard. Even though your evil aunt tied to kill you, you do not have the strength of heart to take her down. Knowledgeable in Elven Magic, you know 5 Elf Spells.

Starting Weapons: None
Starting Armor: None

A key thing about her is that she is a support character, allowing the players use the Elf Spells not used by the Elf Hero. She is the only Hero able to use the Elven Bow of Vindication, but never to make it easy for the Heroes in the final battle. Once the Arch Mage is dead, she returns to her mother with the bow in hand, but will return any equipment and unused potion the Heroes gave her.

I change a few things up a bit when I play this quest pack:
Due to the overwhelming difficulty (as well as Frozen Horror) I use 5 heroes instead of 4; Since the Werewolf curse is active throughout Quest 7, which is when the heroes start storming the castle (Glenis Fenn), i change the objective of Quest 7, Tormuk's Guests, the room with the weapons wrack is where the heroes find the Elven Bow of Vindication, this'll help them take out the giant wolves much more quickly in the next quest; the unmarked chest the heroes find in Quest 8 will give them addition arrows; Quest 9/10, the map has the heroes pass through the Mirror into Millandriell's cell, bjt since I've already given the heroes the Elven Bow of Vindication, i make this the room the heroes appear after the cross-over; as for Millandriell, she was just rescued and you're still going to take this kid to the battle against her aunt while you slaughter monsters? Since I've been using 5 heroes I split the group here, one hero must escort Millandriell to safety (back to the start of the quest) while the other 4 have to finish the fight with Sinestra.
