I didn't think of this issue until I was putting the treasure deck together for the first WoM game we played last night. It is easy to tell which are the new treasure cards and which are the original treasure deck since the colors are different and the sizes of the cards are different. It makes it harder to shuffle. What a mess! Oh well. What can you do other than make new cards...which I won't be doing.

WOM was made to go with the EU edition so good pointing this out.
Rather than reprinting this handful of extra Treasure cards to fit with the deck, you might consider simply putting the deck into sleeves of the same size (I use the side shuffle and it works fine for the slight size mismatch between the original NA cards and my reprints that are US Game Deck size).
Granted, the card back will be a "dead giveaway" that it's a new card. You can solve this by simply running off some color copies of the backs for the NA treasure cards and slide those slips of paper into the sleeves.
OR you can use one of those sleeve sets that has an opaque back (not as cool seen you don't see the Treasure backs anymore, but it would preserve the surprise).

if you don't want players to recognize the cards from their style you can simply place the deck behind the screen and draw a card for them when they perform a search for treasure.
Another solution would be to buy a set of uk cards (I have so many if you are interested).

I used the "print out a few extra treasure card backs" trick for the Remake, because I wanted the Holy Water and Potion of Speed to be Treasure again (like in the EU edition). Using a color copier of your original cards does the trick of avoiding having to worry about the size not matching or the colors being way off. It can be "close enough" this way.
Using sleeves plus the new backs did the trick and I only had to print out a couple, vs. having to reprint the entire deck to match. You could try something similar and see how you like it. Granted, the behind the screen thing could work, but some players get suspicious and want to see it or draw themselves.

I have an EU deck and a NA deck sitting on the table. They can draw off either.
