I guess he's referring to the carved decoration under the arcade (top left) where you can see 2 figures fighting each others an one could resemble the female Barbarian.

I'm not seeing that. I do see the two figures where you are pointing at, but I have the idea they're both skeletons. Of course, I am now looking at the scanned picture here on the website, would need to grab my HeroQuest box at home and look at the booklet directly for a somewhat clearer view.

The female barbarian with white hair along the right boarder in the background, looks like she's fighting.

I'm sorry, but I still don't see what you're referring to. In the picture you posted, along the border of the image to the right, I see the (male) Barbarian sitting on his knees in the foreground and above him the Witch Lord, who's leaning his left hand on a staff/scepter. The rest is just background masonry of the courtroom. Perhaps you can create a picture where you put a circle or box around what you see as the female barbarian?

The only white-haired individual on the complete picture of that mission booklet that I can see is the Elf, who's been chained to the floor, just behind and to the right (for the viewer) of the Witch Lord.

Same here.
The only other humanoid creature in the background that is not a skeleton is a chaos warrior (no horns or other accessories on the helmet - armor looks like a chaos warrior's) who is cheering along with the skeletons.

Here you go bros. Quite frankly I don't think anything is revealed or foreshadowed at all. The thing most worthy of discussion is the beasts behind the bars.
Hmm... Wait just a second... Are the glyphs on the golden arcs the monster icons used on the maps?

Wow GK thanks for that high resolution picture! Any way I could convince you or Daedalus to make it available on the website's download section?

Agreed! Always wondered what they are ... reminiscent of the Rancor from Return of the Jedi, but then green? :P

Let's focus on the real issue here. What's that monster on the monster card back?
I mean, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7xJXfHOHnA
