Does it have the alchamist's shop?

Looking at the pdf's it doesn't seem like it does. Is the alchamist shop a usa thing? Or are the pdf's just alittle off?

Alchemist's shops do not appear in any European expansion and were additions to the American Kellar's Keep and Return of the Witch Lord. They were also later used in the American exclusive expansions.

Not only does it lack the Shop, it also doesn't have the Artifact Cards. As for the Quests, they're a little different as well and aren't as challenging. It's bizarre. I've heard the UK edition focused on "exploring" while the NA version was more about the monsters. I have both versions and the NA is far better in my opinion.
