Rule question re: equipment vs treasure potions

I’d like some help with understanding the potions that are purchasable as equipment (eg Speed or Battle from expansions). As we understand it, treasure potions (eg heroic brew and healing) are disposable, one use, and don't carry over into the next quest.

1. Are “equipment” potions disposable like treasure potions or are they regenerating? Eg is a potion of battle (from KK) discarded forever after used in one quest? Or is it usable once per quest?
2. If equipment potions regenerate, can someone buy two potions of battle and thus have two uses of that potion per quest?

Potions are the same whether they are found treasure or purchased equipment. They are one time use consumables.

Potions are of 1 time use and done, not 1 time per quest, much like spell scrolls or artifacts like the Elixir of Life and Ring of Return.
