What are the three spells? Is there any Equipment restrictions? Sweet Character do you have a miniature for it?

Mako, his cards are in the card art gallery. Check this topic for more info: http://forum.yeoldeinn.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=2251&p=35182#p35182

He is basically an Elf replacement. If you restrict the Elf from using Plate, do the same with this guy. If you don't want to use my spells he can choose from the Detection spells fro WOM, or three of the Ice spells found on this website, or a mixture.

No miniature yet, but any barbarian actually wearing winter furs and not naked will work.

I would change the spell information to this:

The Shaman may choose 1 spell group after the Wizard, but he may not take Fire Spells due to his icy heritage.

Also the sight of the Crow...What does that do?
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

"Sight of the crow" is just flavor text. It is another term for a seer or mage. He has his own set of spells which everyone agrees is underpowered from a PBP game. You can use those spells, your idea, Ice Spells found at the Inn... what-have-you.

I can see limiting the Shaman to no plate or helm. He should be in furs and chainmail for aesthetic reasons. :)

3 Ice Spells is nice. There are plenty of them available on this site.

I'd still give him a once per game bonus for Crows Sight due to the flavor text.
Say:
"Once per game the spirit of the crow will reveal the contents of a room to the Shaman in a vision."

The player gets to say once per game, "OK I use the sight of the crow to see beyond this door..."

He is a Shaman. With such a power he actually becomes a shaman instead of a limited elf.

Did you check out the 3 spells I posted for him? One of them does let him predict the future!

I didn't want to make him too divergent from the Elf, same stats and number of spells. Equipment restrictions may just weaken him. Although if you are like me and restrict the Elf from wearing plate, apply the same to the Norse Shaman.
